CHECK AVAILABILITY and RATES

The following 2010 Bed & Breakfast accommodation rates are based on double occupancy and minimum 2 nights stay during July, August, and September long weekends.
Room rates include breakfast but do not include Ontario's Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), which is an additional 13% tax we add to your total bill at checkout.
$115 / night, plus HST, for bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms:
"Fernwood" ensuite, which has two queen beds and a bathtub with shower
"Blue Moon" ensuite, which has one queen bed, one single daybed, and a shower
$95 / night plus HST for all other bedrooms using shared bathroom (with shower) and powder room.
$20 / night plus HST for each additional room occupant where available.
$15 / night plus HST for each youth aged 6 - 11
no charge / night for infants or children under 6 (crib not supplied)
Group Rates - Call for "off season" pricing to reserve minimum 3 rooms for 2 nights.
We accept reservations by phone and email. You must provide a valid credit card to hold the reservation. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Debit Cards, or Cash.
Check-in is after 5:00 pm at the earliest.
Check-out is after the usual 8:30am breakfast, by 11:00 am so we can prepare the rooms for the next guests

OUR "NO PETS" POLICY
Here are 3 very good reasons. First, guests occasionally have pet allergies and we want to maintain our
sterile environment for future guests. Secondly, your B&B hosts have allergies to pet hair.
Thirdly, the mammal to the left, which is the size of a large racoon, is a fisher, introduced to our area to control the porcupine overpopulation. It's carnivorous diet is supplemented with small stray cats and dogs, but thankfully, never humans. We would not want anyone to lose their dear pet to a fisher!

RESERVATIONS and CANCELLATION POLICIES
(the fine print)
Because we have a limited number of rooms and a short "busy" season, cancellations greatly affect us.
When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it.
You must provide a valid credit card to hold the reservation.
All cancellations or date changes are subject to a $25 Booking Fee.
Cancellations or date changes received less than 14 days (or 30 days for ALL holidays OR group bookings) before your stay is to begin will be charged the full amount for all nights and rooms booked that are not re-booked to others. A change of date is considered a cancellation of the current reservation.
We will return your deposit less the $25 Booking Fee for all cancellations received before the 14 day (30 day group) period. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and be assigned a cancellation number to be valid. Messages left on voice mail by the guest are not a confirmed cancellation. Please follow up with an email and request your cancellation number.
Cancellation vouchers will only be issued for those nights confirmed that you are unable to drive here because of road closures according to the records kept at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation website. Vouchers have a 120 day expiration.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms at any time, however you may smoke outside. Smoking in the rooms will result in a $250.00 cleaning charge. Please make your travel companions aware of this restriction.
