Our accomodations include up to six guest bedrooms, all on the second floor. Also on the second floor is a full size refridgerator and a drinking water dispensor to fulfill the personal nourishments of guests. All our bedrooms are comfortably furnished to fit the relaxing, casual cottage environment, each offering their own individual charm & character. For the summer, ceiling fans in every room ensure a comfortable sleep. In the colder seasons, all beds are covered with duvets for hibernation sleep. A cot is available but may not fit in every room. Choose from:

Two bedrooms with queen beds and private ensuite 3 piece bathroom
One bedroom with two single beds adjoining an ensuite bedroom can create a "family suite"
Three bedrooms with queen beds utilize central guest shared 3 piece bathroom and an additional 2 piece powder room.

The hosts live elsewhere in the house so the entire second floor is dedicated solely to the use of the guests. The following is a brief description with photographs of what each bedroom has to offer:

Forever Plaid Ensuite Bedroom

This bedroom, decorated in plaid, is furnished with one queen bed and one single bed with two wing back chairs for casual comfort. An accompanying armoir accomodates your travel items. The full ensuite bathroom is complete with full size bathtub with shower. This room is designed to sleep three comfortably, however, a single cot may be added to accomodate a child.

Blue Moon Ensuite Bedroom

Tucked down a hallway of it's own, this room is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, an antique dresser, and a relaxing wicker loveseat in the alcove which adds a cozy, romantic feel to this room. The ensuite bathroom is complete with a full size bath with shower. The interior adjoining lockable door directly into the Gerbera Daisy room can keep the family together, yet seperated for parent's privacy.This room is designed to sleep two comfortably, however, a single cot may be added to accomodate a child.

Gerbera Daisy Bedroom (utilizes shared bathroom or powder room)

The Gerbera Daisy room is furnished with two single beds and features an interior adjoining lockable door directly into room six to create a larger family suite that utilizes the ensuite bathroom of the adjacent Blue Moon room. Independently, this bright, west facing bedroom is a comfortable twin room with a relaxing wing-backed chair, decorated with "gerbera-daisies", and shares the guest main three piece bathroom and the powder room.This room is designed to sleep two single people comfortably, however, a single cot may be added to accomodate a third person.

Shared Bathroom and Powder Room Arrangement

Unique to a bed and breakfast, we have created TWO facilities for your personal hygiene. The "Main" washroom includes a large pedestal sink, toilet, and a large walk in shower. While this facility is in use, other guests can utilize the "Powder" room to access a hand basin and a toilet. This alleviates wait times when your bedroom utilizes a shared bath. Keep in mind, we are on a septic system.

The Redwood Bedroom (utilizes shared bathroom or powder room)

This bedroom with warm red accents and rustic wood beams is furnished with one queen bed, and one single bed to create a warm escape. The pictures of ships can sail your thoughts away into your quest for solitude. A three piece bathroom and two piece powder room is just outside the door and shared with other guests. This room is designed to sleep three comfortably, however, a single cot may be added to accomodate a child.

Fernwood Bedroom (utilizes shared bathroom or powder room)

This bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds to accomodate up to four people. The airy moss green gives a soothing spacious feel. This room is at the end of the hall, offering privacy, and shares the central guest bathroom and powder room.

Sandalwood Bedroom (utilizes shared bathroom or powder room)

Furnished with a queen sized bed outfitted in a pinstripped black and gold duvet cover, this room is rich with a sandalwood and black "African" themed decor, including a dresser and a matching settee for relaxing. This room overlooks the front of the house and occasionally allows the sunset colours to paint the room. Guests share the main three piece bathroom and the powder room. This room is designed to sleep two comfortably, however, a single cot may be added to accomodate a child.
